We ask that all groups apply prior to touring.
Applying is the first step towards possibly securing a unit.
If you are window shopping, please utilize any available video tours on each property's page to determine if a property could be of interest for your group. We will be adding video tours regularly within the next two weeks. Read the 'Guide to Off Campus Housing' below to help your group find your best fit!
All rental amounts do not include utilities unless otherwise explicitly noted. All rent is paid quarterly and parents are required to cosign as Guarantor to the lease. All leases are GROUP leases. There is a no animal policy across all properties. All lease terms begin June 5, 2025 and run through May 24, 2026.
Out of respect to our current Tenants and our staff, we are doing our best to limit the number of people who come through the properties. If you have a question about a property, you may send us an email. Or if you are seriously interested and wanting to move forward, the first step is for your group to submit applications.
